Will Klemperer

Will is Senior Policy Influencing Specialist at the Jobs Accelerator Project, where he has been supporting the Ministry of Agriculture to design, implement and evaluate the e-voucher reform to Zambia’s Farmer Input Support Programme. 

 

Will has also been providing policy advisory support to the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprise Development.

 

Alongside his work with JAP, Will is leading politically-informed opportunity assessments for potential policy reforms across East Africa for Kivu International.

 

Prior to joining JAP, Will led a policy response team in the UK Cabinet Office, and developed UK policy and programmes for Southern Africa at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. 

Will has an MA from the University of Oxford, and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge.
